The Palmetto Shootout will be held again on February 10, 2024 at the Burg Sports Center (formerly the Upward Star Center) in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  The event will be exclusively for no more 12 varsity teams and each team will play 4 games, with each game on a 30-minute running clock. This event provides a great opportunity for each program to satisfy one of their preseason scrimmages with multiple teams all in one day on the turf fields at Upward Star.​​
