Coach Mezz has been involved with the game of lacrosse for over 15 years: learning the game in Long Island before playing at the Division 1 level at Towson University in Maryland and then at the professional level for the MLL and NALL. In addition he has coached at both the high school level and college level and is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been instrumental in the development of programs to help athletes become better lacrosse players at all ages and skill levels. Since moving to South Carolina, Coach Mezz has become actively involved with promoting the game of lacrosse in the Greenville-Spartanburg region and is currently the head coach at Dorman High School.
